SIGAL Celebrates 30 Years
Thirty years have passed since autumn of 1977 and SIGAL Construction Corporation has come a long way. It all began with $2,214 in the bank, a plan table in the Sigal children's bedroom, a versatile station wagon, and the unyielding wills of Gerry and Ellen Sigal.

Over the past three decades, SIGAL has performed extensive renovations, tenant interiors and built many base buildings around the city. Some of the more notable renovation experience includes the The Bond Building, The Evening Star Building, The Lincoln Theater, The Bowen Building.

SIGAL's tenant work includes repeat clients such as Patton Boggs LLP, Vornado/Charles E. Smith and The George Washington University

Some of the impressive Base Buildings that SIGAL has completed are The Washington Capitals Practice Facility, The Tower Building, and 1331 L Street.

Many of SIGAL's seasoned staff can remember the early years of operation and are proud of the continued years of steady growth. Backed by a solid reputation for quality, SIGAL looks forward to continued dedication to best building practices, environmentally sound decisions and giving back to the community.
