This renovation involved the modernization of the oldest building on the University of Mary Washington campus.  The 100 year old building received a complete demolition and build-out of all office space, classrooms and laboratories.  The scope included all mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, fire alarm, carpet, wood floor, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings and wall panels.  Historic features were replicated during the modernization.
