The renovated space recently completed, located at 2345 Crystal Drive, is the new headquarters for Counterpart International, an organization that offers options and access to tools for sustained social, economic and environmental development and forges strategic partnerships in the public and private sectors.

The renovation features new millwork, drywall, wall and floor finishes, modified sprinkler systems, new mechanical and electrical systems and kitchen appliances. The architect on the project was Group Goetz.

SIGAL recently started another tenant renovation for Vornado/Charles E. Smith at 2231 Crystal Drive, in Arlington. The spec space interior build out includes new mechanical, electrical, drywall and finishes.

The architect for the project is Burnes and Associates.
