SIGAL Construction Corporation Promotes Three Senior Level Employees
Arlington, VA, October 25, 2007 - SIGAL Construction Corporation, one of the top General Contractors in the Washington Metropolitan Region, announced the promotion of Richard S. Goldberg to Executive Vice President, Kerric Baird to Senior Vice President and Director of Renovations and Interiors and Gerard Heiber to Senior Vice President of Base Buildings.

Mr. Goldberg, who has served in the Construction Industry for more than 28 years, joined SIGAL in 1999 to serve as Senior Vice President. Prior to joining SIGAL, Mr. Goldberg was with Turner Construction.

Mr. Goldberg received BBA in Accounting from Pace University. He currently serves as chairman of the YMCA in Fairfax County and is an active member of the Washington Economics Club, the Greater Washington Board of Trade, and the Construction Financial Management Association.

Mr. Baird has been with SIGAL since 1985 and has served in the past as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and Project Executive. With his new position, he will be responsible for overseeing all of SIGAL's renovation, historical renovation, and tenant interior projects. Mr. Baird has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Drexel University.

Mr. Heiber is one of SIGAL's most tenured employees, having joined the company in 1984. He has served as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Executive. With his new promotion, Mr. Heiber has overall responsibility for administration and coordination of SIGAL's Base Building projects.

Mr. Heiber has a degree in Engineering Administration with a major in Construction Management from George Washington University; a Master of Landscape Architecture with a major in Planning from the State University of New York at Syracuse, and a Bachelor of Science from Boston University. He is an active member in the US Green Building Council.
