Arlington, VA, August 31, 2007 - Anchor Inn Properties, LLC c/o Greenhill Capital Corporation has awarded SIGAL Construction Corp., a contract to build three buildings in Wheaton, MD.
SIGAL will construct two new one story buildings and one two story building at Georgia Crossing at the old Anchor Inn site. Finishes will include an exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS), split face concrete masonry units, concrete kneewall, spandrel glass and storefronts.
The project is slated for a January 2008 completion and the architect is Steven J. Karr, AIA.
