Arlington, VA, August 13, 2007 - SIGAL Construction Corp. has been selected by Ideal Academy Public Charter School for an adaptive reuse conversion of 6130 North Capitol Street, NW.
Conversion of the 36,900 square foot project will include all new interior finishes, specialties, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems. The new Charter School Facility will include classrooms, a multi purpose room, a band room, an art room and administrative offices.
Designed by Shinberg/Levinas Architectural Design Group LLC, project completion is slated for January 2008. JDC Construction Co. LLC is handling the construction management services.
