Arlington, VA, May 12, 2008 – Paramount Group, Inc. awarded the 400,000 square foot total renovation of 425 Eye Street, NW, Washington, DC to SIGAL Construction Corporation.  The project consists of gutting the interior seven stories above-grade as well as the additional two below-grade.  The renovation includes replacing the existing exterior with a new curtain wall and precast façade with ribbon windows, new mechanical and electrical systems, lobby, fitness center and restrooms.  A new storefront will be installed at the first floor ground retail  level.

The project is in the beginning phases and the Architect is SmithGroup, located in Washington, DC.
