Rich’s 30-year career encompasses all aspects of progressive financial and risk management experience, specifically in commercial real estate and construction. During his tenure with Turner Construction, Rich received key appointments to spearhead and then oversee accounting of their New York, Southern California, and Mid-Atlantic/Southeast operations. Since being named SIGAL’s CFO, Rich has increased cash and cash equivalents by 200% and maintained this liquidity, as well as improved SIGAL's bonding capacity by 100% and increased credit capabilities by 80%.
