As Chief Estimator/Vice President of Preconstruction, Andrew Huang has a diverse background of line and staff responsibilities in working on major construction projects including several corporate headquarters for both private and public sectors in the Washington DC area. Andy brings over 30 years experience to each project and has been with SIGAL since 2007. He has extensive experience in providing preconstruction services including: establishing construction budgets, project scheduling, procurement, budget updates, value engineering studies, constructability reviews, and establishing GMPs. Notable projects include Gallaudet University's design-build of LLRH6, NYU's Constance Milstein and Family Academic Center, The HSC Foundation Headquarters, and the award-winning Jefferson Hotel and Reagan National Airport Parking Garage expansion.
