SIGAL Construction Corporation is constructing 60,000 sf of first and second floor space at Sequoia Plaza II - 2110 Washington Boulevard, Arlington, VA for Arlington Public Schools.   Under Quinn Evans Architects’ design, build-out will include telecommunications, security, audio-visual elements, daylight harvesting systems with wireless occupancy sensors, glass walls and folding glass partitions, a kitchen/café, a connecting interior stairway with glass rail and modifications to the building exterior at several locations.  

LEED Silver CI is targeted for the project. Delivery is set for December 2012.
